Good for you with the resolution!

My first 40 day orange juice fast will end the first week of January. I have nothing but praise to say about the orange juice and distilled water fast.

I am interested in doing a 6 month orange juice fast but am not rigid or dogmatic about it. A mono fruit and berry intake, clean air, plus herbs and herb steam baths, will be welcome also. I will just see how things go day to day and week to week after the 40 days are up.

I practiced Zen macrobiotics for about 15 years, since a teenager, and was on H.Clarks protocol for one year before I tried the orange juice and distilled water fasting.

My health was pretty good until I got poisoned by bio incompatable dental materials. The reactions I had to the dental metals was awful. I almost died from reactions to dental materials. Had non stop migraines, etc, all a reaction to the biotoxic dental materials soddered into my mouth and painted on my teeth! Bad quality air, car exhaust, air pollution takes its toll also. I go cross country sking now in clean air on trails among giant pines just to increase my exposure and intake of fresh air. A walk, hike or bicycle ride in virgin forest/woods will also do a lot of good for getting good clean air into your system.

Dr. H. Clarks dental protocol saved my life. My health was restored, no more migraines etc. after I got the dental metals out of my mouth.

Like MH says, orange juice and good water can only help. It cleans the lymph and does a lot of good things for the entire body. Read Hilton Hotema's books and learn why clean non polluted air is so vital to good health.

Good Luck.
