Birth Control pills are not an answer - they are synthetic horomones that are a band-aid solution to the problem. It doesn't fix anything, because when you come off them your problem will likely start up again.

Try to naturally balance your horomones and take good care of your body that means eating well and not having any junk food (which is most of the food in the grocery store) and cleansing your body of toxins.
