A guy I know that probably has more health type websites than anyone else I have heard of, believes what your saying and does it all the time.

Naturally you consuming your own toxins and this is going to be like a vaccination effect and most likely can do no harm, just not my cup of tea, I would rather build thwe redblood cells and let them seek and destroy the enemies!

What ever works is all that matters, there are hundreds of things we will never live long enough to self-experiment with!
