Fasting was made famous in all acient books and the 40 day "FAST" is the most famous of all and the most curative. The skin begins to peel after 30+ days and by the 40th day you have new skin, you can't beat it and it cost nothing!

Urine therapy has been around for a long time. I look at it this way, it is 100% toxic, poisons the body got rid of, there can be no correct information on this one!
