Malic acid taken with meals dissolves stones. It also alkalizes the pH in your body. Many, many posts about it on this forum. My husband has liver issues and we have been taking it for a few months now, 3 (800) mg caps with breakfast and with dinner. Make sure to take it with the heavier meals though. I get it from the Vitamin Shoppe. It is a cheap, healthy remedy.
