I know this is an old post but what worked for my blood pressure and other ailments has been a healing dose of chlorella. 20 grams, i've been on it for 8 months now and it has helped a great deal with most of my levels bringing them down, as you know, i'll be incorporating Liver Flushes now, starting tomorrow evening.
