Has anyone noticed they need less sleep after liver flushing? I've flush 3 times and have lost (est.) 1200, 600, 300 stones respectively each time. I've noticed much greater digestion, flexibility in the back the day after, and I don't need near as much sleep. I have sorta followed the Dr Natura Colonix also. The tea dosage is hard to get right. And camping by the B-room isn't an options for work or my health.
I'm 40 yr. old male and I flushed every 2 weeks start Jan. 29, 2006.
It seems to be a graet thing to do.
I wish I would have started years ago when I first read about it.
