Instead of taking your vitamins, why don't you take Dr. Schulze 's SuperFoor. 2tbsp 2 x a day. It's all natural, you should see what's in the other vitamins. This stuff helped me get my period after not having it for a year, and having problems for years. I was very very malnourished and didn't even know it.
