I think your slightly heavy lunch did you in. When you do the flush, you expel all the bile out of your gall bladder. You need the bile to digest protein and fat. It takes time for your liver to produce more bile. Just be gentle to your body now. It had a rough night. Take it wasy and try to not eat anything heavy too soon after the flush.
