That's great. I took myself off medication, also for cholesterol, in October to see what would happen. I did not do well according to my doctor the cholesterol was off the chart (I just ordered a copy of the results) and my bloodpressure had gone up.
And it is not that I am not flushing, I have done 35 so far.
I asked for Andreas Moritz 's view, but I am waiting for an answer.
