That sounds scary. I never had any problems like that. The problem with all the forums is that you get info from too many different protocols. I have thrown out shoeboxes with supplements which did not work and I am afraid it unbalances your body.
I don't do well with herbs (even Julia Chang's).
What works for me is the Ayurvedic protocol. I follow Andreas Moritz , he tries to treat everything with lifestyle, food plus cleaning. The new Ayurvedic style is using more supplements.

Liver Flushing has done wonders for me. We react all differently.
