Hi. Thanks for taking the time to write and it is encouraging to hear that you did not experience any nausea. So, if I understand you correctly, you stopped eating approximately 24 hours prior to doing the flush?? How were your results? I would be very interested in hearing about how you feel now and what the outcome was.
