Hi Denise.
Well...your'll probably hear a lot of gurgling sounds as the oxygen is being distributed throughout your GI. It will turn everything into liquid & gas. But it is very mild. No it didn't make me sick at all.

Angielynn is really the expert on Oxypowder . She suggests starting out slow at first like one capsule, then add two the following night & so on. I think that's what she says. I suggest going to her sight to see what she has to say...link below.
