I used Dr. Clark's Colon Cleanse and then I did an Oxypowder cleanse. Now I have some Dr. Christopher herbs. Colon cleansing is sort of an ongoing process, not just a one-time deal. I think the herbal formulas are best. Either Dr. Schulze or MH should do.

I just said some people had health issues before (and after) the liver flush. I am actually pretty healthy. I had a little Psoriasis which improved, but did not go away after several liver flushes. I felt more energetic and healthier after doing the flushes.
