Hooorraayyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!

The doc said i got 2 of the 4 stones out that he could see
anyway!!!!!!!!!

i had apple juice and apples for a week and
ripe pears first thing in the morning for over 2 weeks
and took a homeopathic remedy during the cleanse
also no food except apple juice on day of fast
and no meat 2 days before flush
and am following the Blood Type Diet

i got another two green 2cm ones out on the 2nd day after
flush and 1st bowel movement since day of flush

no pain at all

i will flush again next full moon
