Oh wow that's tough eh? It's so hard to see our little ones strugle with eczema , isn't it? It makes me feel so helpless as a mother. I really hope I can get to the bottom of what's causing it for my little guy.

That's very interesting about coconut milk being the closest to breastmilk. Hopefully mom's new diet will help with your son's eczema.
