I think that those findings are true and this is truly your first chance in a long chain of violent lives when you can put a stop to negative(evil...whatever you want to call it, suffering thru self-destruction in the past), because you are aware this time of how much good you have in you. That was then, this is now! You seem to be a very good person and it seems that you are lonely. I know loneliness, believe me... Don't feel lonely, be happy no matter what. This is the end of a long ordeal and you are lucky to have found out the source of your unexpicable guilt and fear. Those were your choices in the past, the choice in this life is to be positive, to act how you are(GOOD). A soul takes a long time to 'built'. I think that you are energetic, creative, exuberant...just let it out now, people will welcome it.
You said you can't forgive yourself? Stop and think... In this lifetime you didn't kill anybody. This is you now, when you were reincarnated again, you started with a CLEAN SLATE. You are a GOOD SOUL, I can see that by the way that the past is tormenting you.
Our past lives made a lot of what we are now, so we should be grateful when we remember mistakes we made, because this is an unique opportunity not to repeat them.
You don't have anything to forgive yourself for...turn this very disturbing findings around and see how fortunate you are to know what pain and remorse are...some people didn't have this awakening, you did!
I will say it one more time...YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO FORGIVE YOURSELF FOR NOW...THIS WAS THEN, THIS IS NOW.
