My son got ringworm on his back. I've been treating it with coconut oil and tea tree oil. The red ring has been gone for 2 weeks but there is still a faint white circle. Is it gone or do I need to keep up the treatment? I also have several small white circles on my tummy which I've been putting undiluted tea tree on. Could I also have ring worm even though they've never gotten the red ring? Thanks
