Hi Jennelle,

First, thanks to Julie for the info on Zylitol - I had heard of it but not used it - my gums could use some help.

Jennelle, with Candida lots of cleansing will help. Curezone has a Liver/Gallbladder flush, colonic irrigation (this helps me a lot) and taking lots of good probiotics (acidophilus, salivarius, etc) will also help tremendously. I take my probiotics daily - with stress, cooked food, Antibiotics , alcohol, poor air quality, processed foods - we kill off the good bacteria. Taking a powerful probiotic is essential - daily and always. sometimes people start to take some good things and then feel better and stop! I am into a lot of prevention - many products, emotional work, exercise - a whole package for great health.
