Hi Eric I have a number of allergies and health issues. I read your replie to one of the post were you suggested cutting out wheat and dairy. Untill a few months ago I hadn't eaten dairy for about 8 months, I found that since starting UT therapy I can eat wheat with out pain though I still try to keep it to a minumin. I don't eat dairy except for kefir and yogurt. Do you recommend cutting both of these out of the diet, or is kefir acceptable?
