I suffer from high blood pressure - am currently on two meds (*which hardly work)
and am working desperately to bring my body to peak health and get off the darned drugs.

I also have been taking bromelain for some years for digestion - it is good for me in that at least one hour after eating my stomach feels light again. However, I read on one of the searches that I did that bromelain should not be taken with "blood thinning drugs" - do they mean high blood pressure medication?

Is bromelain OK for me - I am a vegetarian but occasionally eat tuna, sardines and eggs.
