The orginasing princple behind the program is in increase one's intake of foods that we have 'always' eaten -- fresh fruits and veg, lean meats and fish -- and to avoid more recent foods that we have not been designed to eat -- processed foods, dairy products, high fat foods, refined sugars etc.
