When I spoke at the Bristol Chapter of the YES Group there was a second speaker for the night, Dr Topher Morrison. Topher gave an excellent that included an introduction to self-hypnosis. It was outstanding...

As it turns out, Topher will also be the second speaker when I present The Human Diet in Cardiff next month. I highly recommend seeing Topher in action so I hope to see some of you there.
