Hi Eric,
I just finished reading the articles on your website with great interest. I thought they were very well written and have even printed one out to share with a friend that I have been trying to convince to give up dairy (she has Crohn's Disease). I have spent the past 18 months researching this same subject and whole heartedly agree with your statements about human consumption of cow's milk. Like you, removing dairy from my diet has improved my health significantly for the better. I have been allergy free since the day I stopped drinking/eating dairy products. :) The question I have for you is this; What are your thoughts on a vegan diet for humans? I'm sorry if you have already addressed this somewhere else, but I didn't see anything about it on your website. Several months after removing dairy from my diet, I also eliminated all meat products (although I still occasionally eat organic, free range eggs) As a result I have lost weight, gained energy and have a new found peace with knowing that I am not contributing to any animal suffering or death. Both of John Robbins' books on this subject are excellent. I just finished reading the book, The Okinawa Diet Plan, which discusses how the population of Okinawa is one of the healthiest and longest lived, mostly because of their diet (which is near vegan). I was wondering how you felt about animal flesh consumption and human evolution. Do you think it is something humans are intended to consume?

Thanks!
Christine :)
