I agree wholeheartedly that conventional milk is horrible for the body. In my opinion, organic milk is definetly better than conventional milk, but organic milk is still pasturized, which destroys a lot. However, raw milk (I'm referring to raw milk by "organic cows"-hope that makes sense) isn't subjected to hormones, antibiotics, pasturization. Weston Price has high regard for raw milk and the Weston A Price Foundation is now runnign a campaign to make it more widely available http://www.realmilk.com/ . Dr Mercola also recommends drinking raw milk http://www.mercola.com/article/milk/no_milk.htm. In addition, one of the forerunners of the Mayo clinic, J. R. Crewe, (somewhat ironic to me) promoted raw milk in his practice. There is a site dedicated to raw milk with some good info too http://www.rawmilk.org/.
