Dear ones,

Even though I have been promoting an all raw vegan diet as a part of a cleansing program, I cannot overlook the fact that some foods, such as fish, are very beneficial for those in our particular situation.

Chinook and Sockeye salmon fillets (and to a lesser extent, pink and chum), when baked or broiled, have a tremendous amount of nutritional value for the muscular dystrophy patient.
