Dear ones,

Today I am working on two types of regularity. The first type of regularity is the type I remember from an old black and white TV commercial where the lady holds her hand up to her mouth and whispers the word "regularity." I don't recall what product was promised to have the desired effect. No matter.

I'm using Dr. Schulze 's Intestinal Formula #1 as a colon cleanse. I started with one capsule at dinner the first night, which had no result. I raised the dosage to two caps the second night. Tada, I got the desired effect to a degree. On night three, I stayed at two, but the next day the results were back to minimal.

I was hesitant to raise the dosage to three capsules, because when I did the Incurables Program, three capsules gave me intestinal cramps and diarrhea. But in the name of Science and fast healing, I took three capsules in hopes that whatever was in there would be quickly eliminated. For the entire weekend, I was sick with diarrhea, gas, and horrible intestinal cramps, spending half of a miserable Saturday night either on the couch or in the bathroom. Well, at least my results were consistent. LOL To alleviate my discomfort, I resorted to eating four slices of dry wheat toast with a quart of hot herbal tea and honey. I hypothesized that this would "clog me up" again and stop the diarrhea. I was correct. By Sunday night I was exhausted but well again.

Last night I took my usual dose of two capsules of IF#1. Today I feel great. :-D I am settling in to a somewhat "regular' schedule.

The second type of regularity I am establishing is a daily routine. I thrive on a regular routine, and my children definitely do. Discipline and time management have to be learned, but having discipline is a wonderful character builder.

For my own sanity, and for the sake of others who might follow behind me, I am setting up a daily schedule or itenerary to incorporate a healthy lifestyle. It is really not as hard as it first may appear. I started with these things because I already had them on hand. As other things I have ordered come in, and as I can get to the store, I will adapt this list.

6AM Rise, hot lemonade with honey and cayenne tincture, quiet time with affirmations, skin brushing, hot/cold shower, dress, hair, makeup, make bed.

7AM Wake children, daily chores, make breakfast, juice with 2 TBS Superfood, 150 mg CoQ10, 400 IU Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), 2 g Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate crystals). I am increasing the amount of Vitamin C I take every other day until I arrive at bowel tolerance.

8AM-12PM I am either drinking an 8 oz glass of freshly juiced fruit juice or drinking some kind of therapeutic herbal tea (such as BF&C) every hour on the hour. I teach school during these hours.

12PM The juices switch to vegetable- carrot or green. Make and eat lunch (a huge salad with everything in it). Eventually I will make my own salad dressings and the salad will get more and more healthy. Right now I'm using what I have on hand. Same supplements as above. Lunch chores.

1-3PM Vegetable juice or tea, teach my children.

3PM Juice, exercise, fresh air, lots of sunshine. Actually the weather has been pretty nasty for the past few days. John wants to get a rebounder for days like these. I'm going to walk first, and later I would love to try cycling.

4PM Juice or tea, afternoon chores.

5PM Juice or tea, make dinner.

6PM Juice, dinner (salad, raw and lightly cooked vegetables, baked potato or grain- I think), supplements as above. I have a new green superfood called Tonic Alchemy which I am experimenting with here. It is sweeter than Superfood and has seventy-one ingredients.

7-9PM Juice or tea, evening chores, children's baths, family devotions

9PM I have several herbal supplements I am experimenting with, mostly immune boosters. Although FSH is not an immune disorder, I want a healthy immune system. After taking these, I take a very hot bath to relax my muscles and raise my body temperature.

10PM Bedtime.

Again, as I make changes, I will post them. Also, as I note changes in my health. I will post them as well.
