I have to tell you about an herb blend know in natural healing circles as BF&C. BF&C, taken as a tea or ointment or capsules, was originally created by Dr. Christopher for patients who needed help healing their bones, tissues, and/or cartiledge. Dr. Christopher used it with his muscular dystrophy patients.

I bought my first pound of the loose herbs about three weeks ago, and have started to drink the tea every day. I started to make it in a little tea ball, but soon found it was easier to make it in my coffee maker. I fill the carafe with distilled water, pour it into the coffeemaker, and put three heaping TBS of BF&C herbs in the basket. I drink one Mr. Coffee coffeemaker pot of BF&C tea every day with a TBS of raw honey.This is a serious medicinal herb tea, definitely not Celestial Seasonings!

I think BF&C will make a critical difference in my healing during IP this time. Every herbalist I have contacted off-line has stressed my using it. Here's a link to one source for it:
