The premise is: Murder or no murder.

Difficult to put this in the context of murder, because pro-choice do not believe that the fetus is a viable human. So, essentially, they do not believe it is murder.

That is the entire stance of the pro-life movement.

So, it always comes down to the chicken or the egg, eh? (sorry for the pun)
