Wow, the fallicy of most modern conservatives. "Everyone is responsible for their own actions"

So I ask you, what do you say to an elderly lady that gets mugged in the park, or the person that gets hit in the crosswalk when they are crossing a street.....

Was this irresponsible behaviour (they should have known better) or, are people truely victims of OTHERS sometimes?

Who's morally bankrupt in that case, the victim, or the attacker (or advancer)???
