No. I mean a healthy fetus that is able to grow normally and be delivered as a baby in 9 months.
As you can see, the word viable ALSO means that something can grow normally under favorable conditions(See definition #1 below). That's what I mean. Abortions are being performed on HEALTHY fetuses.
