as far as being judged it will be YOU judging yourself when you leave your earthly body....sorta like taking notes what you can do better next time around if you decide to come back...what do you think?? when a baby is born you are brand new with brand new soul?? whatever happened to god knowing you BEFORE YOU WERE BORN...i know you know that scripture.
