what is the difference between a baby human and any other creature? except for the care it requires, not a whole lot. it is not until language begins to develope that a true difference emerges.

i do not represent most religious people. but it appears to me that it is the language spoken into the child that creates the person inside the body. it is possible that the person is not there until the child begins to use language. this also corresponds somewhat with how far back people can remember because language is also the recovery cues for memory and how memory is stored. the age at which this takes place can vary, but for your purposes, which is legitamacy for aborting a baby in utero, this point of view would pave the way for not having the killing of a person on ones conscience.

the tragedy is not the abortion. the tragedy took place when an intelligent human being had sex without wanting a child. that is the god given right of determination. the baby is simply the consequences of actions, and we all know unwanted consequences are to be avoided at all costs.
