This is a very unfortunate circumstance that the wife should probably figure out how to get away from. (Why did she marry this guy?...why no birth control?)

But to answer your question, she should move away, carry the baby full-term and start a new life for herself. If she has the ability to support the baby then she should keep him/her. If not, she should place the baby up for adoption.
