That life that you are referring to is not yet a whole person because it is not yet separate from the life (potential mother) who is carrying it. There is not a whole lot you can do about that unless you are carrying it yourself.

I know that even now, as a mother, no stranger can EVER order me around and tell me what to do about my child,
