Almost forgot...you should also begin dry skin brushing daily (there is a forum here that describes how it is done). The groin area is full of lymph glands and you likely have some lymphatic congestion. Dry skin brushing helps to circulate and cleanse the lymph...which in turn helps to purify the blood.
