I believe the problem with abortion goes much further and is much deeper and involves much more than the actual act of aborting a fetus. It is actually a problem that begins with irresponsible and/or promiscuous sex from both genders and the fact that, for the most part, women have always had to carry the burden of the actual pregnancy and then the rearing of the children ALONE.

Men, always seem to be on the sidelines  with  one eye on the escape route and the other eye on his next sexual conquest. Men are the ones who impregnate females, often times, without any regard to the consequences. They just leave the female to deal with the problem pregnancy and then the child to the best of her ability.

I mean, after all,  DEADBEAT DADS is a household term, not DEADBEAT MOMS. It is usually the woman who has the entire burden: the burden of pregnancy, the burden of decision and the burden of rearing the child(ren).  And she has to fight tooth and nail, usually via the court of law, to get the male to be responsible towards the children he help create that she did not abort.

How many sets of children does the average male have?  I know many many many many men personally who have children from more than one female, whether they married those women or not.  The fact remains, they impregnate females and then move on to impregnate more females.  And then more females.  These are the kind of men whose voices are the loudest against abortion.

Frankly, I believe our sexually sick society is much to blame for the horrors of abortion that are basically left for the female to decide and deal with it.  By dealing with, I mean, dealing with her own emotional downfall over having to do such a thing, dealing with the men who left her to worry with it all on her own and then dealing with ugly, narrow minded people who  disagree with her personal decision.

If men were more responsible sexually and more noble beings toward woman and children, I don't believe abortion would be as prevalent as it is today.

But that's asking for far too much from the male species, as abortion is as ancient as the act of sex and has been practiced since the beginning of time.  This is not a modern malady, folks.

When you call Pro-Choicers Pro-Murderers, what do you call those devout Christian people who are against abortion, who march around with placards screaming hatred with veins popping out on their necks and bomb Planned Parenthood clinics and shoot the  docs and nurses?  Hmmm?  The way I see it is when you point your finger towards others, you have four more pointing back at yourself.
