Hi,

It is very difficult for me to dicipline myself to sungaze every day but I am up to 5 minutes. Today was very cloudy and all I could do was do a little cloud gazing. Are you following the HRM prtocol of only gazing up to 1 hour after sunrise and 1 hour before sunset? This is very important. Start off with 10 seconds, adding 10 seconds each day and work your way up to 30 minutes.
I have not had major improvements yet but I have not been as diciplined as I need to be. I have only been able to sungaze maybe 20 of the last 35 days. Every day you miss, you must take off 10 seconds and work your way back up. I am sungazing to work on an eye disease I have in my left eye. My left eye has become cleare and less red but I have not noticed improved vision yet.
I hope by the time I get to 30 minutes, my vision will be improved.

I have done a lot of research about sungazing though and it should be an excellent way to overcome depression. ©†ƒ……•™¼‡_Original_Message_¾€š½ž¢«»¬ï°©
