Progress has been good. I am up to 5 minutes per day and notice my left eye is becoming somewhat less red and is clearer. No notable increase or decrease in vision though. It is beginning to become more cloudy and I was unable to sungaze this morning. I am hoping for an opportunity to sungaze this evening in the safe time one hour before sunset. I still have a positive outlook on sungazing and look forward to eyesight improvement. The HRM method say to stay at 5 minutes until eyesight improves so I will stay here at 5 minutes and see what happens.
