Are you doing another water fast, or something different this time?

I'm on Day 3 of an MC. I've lost 7 pounds so far (after 2 days). I am 5'4", starting weight 242.5, currently 235.5. Looking to get under 200 for the first time in years, and my long term goal is 180.
