Hello everyone!i am starting a 5 day fast i have water fasted in the past several times and lost about 30lbs i am 5ft6in and when i started fasting i was about 255 lbs my current weight is 229 my short term goal weight is to lose 30 lbs my long term goal is to lose 60lbs i know with the support from you all i can do this!!i find this forum to be very helpful to me in being sucessful in my weightloss i know in the past i do not believe that i could have lost the weight without the support and motivation from the other fasters on here so i would like to thank all who supported me in the past and those who will support me in the future!!!well lets get the fasting going girlys!!!good luck to all!!!
