Hi, how long have you been on it? I want to start a water/crystal light fast alot, but I'm so afraid of passing out. I have this fear that something will happen while I'm sleeping.. I know I'm weird haha. I'm fasting for weight loss as well :] but I add juices and sometimes milk to my intake. I'd like to know more about the water/crystal light fasting, it seems like a good idea. Do you feel ok on it?
