Crystal light is poison. The Aspartame is an excitotoxin that can cause brain damage, seizures, attention deficient disorders and a host of other problems. Diet Coke helped kill my Dad, believe me, you may think nothing really matters except being thin. But being healthy is far more important. Crystal Light will give you taste, but that is it. You can dilute fruit juices to get some taste but less calories, try juicing melons, they are very low calorie, but nutricious. I agree with the poster who suggested the Master Cleanse, you can reduce the amount of syrup if you need to, but you will be getting some minerals and avoiding poison.
