true of water fasting....is that what you meant?

juice fasting is very safe and you can do it for months, safely.

or, you can still lose a lot by going just all raw and vegan, 100%. but i would juice to lose that much for sure in that time period.

what are you gonna do?

just juice fast with me! i start tomorrow, the 13th, for 50 days!!!!!!!
