totally do the juice fast!

i know you like Water Fasts but juice fasting has made me lose more and keep it off more easily than a water fast.

my Water Fasts burn alot but it all comes right back.

juice fasts, i have to be eating badly to even really start to gain. (and oh yeh. i do that sometimes)
