Hey guys, I've decided Im gonna try to go on a 10 lemon juice fast. Originally I was going to go on an apple and lemon juice fast but I ended up not being able to sleep(I have a big history of insomnia that I still sometimes stuggle with )and having to take sleeping meds. YIKES! It takes me atleast 3 day to recover from those meds! So I stopped my fast. But I decided I would try again as my sleep is sorted out so this is my first day. I plan on going to the 21st which is good because the next day Im flying to the bay area to see my sister. So here I go, I'll probably lose between 5-10 pounds. That means I'll only have 5-10 more pounds to lose. YEAH!!
