So I just got back from my trip from europe. When I left I was 146 I just weighed myself this am and how is it that I only lost 3 lbs???? I busted my ass the whole time not going out to dinner with everyone not eating anything with everyone and was walking around so much....and I get home to loose 3 lbs????? I don't understand? :( This is so devestating and de-motivating
