Not to discourage anyone but I measured myself at 155 and then again at 146 and there was not much of a difference....I'm gonna get really upset if I"m doing all this hard work but its not making a difference....I mean my pants are loose and I did get one comment of someone saying I looked different...but its really discouraging I want to loose inches!
