has anyone of you ever take some of that while on water fasting??
i was adviced to by 2 people telling me it'll help my inside cleansing of all that is still there as i am not doing enemas and wont(not able to here, traveling..)..
i just dont wanna do anything wrong...?!
and also, has anyone taken some spirulina while same, on water...?!
would that be ok???
