I absolutely love it! I took it in the past and I'm pretty sure the old formula won't work for me now. But anyway they have a new one called Hard Core and I use it, talk about results! I don't weight train or anything like that but what I am so pumped about is the energy I get from the wonder pills and the fact that it curbs carb cravings! I just did not have much desire to eat on it, but my energy levels were through the roof. So if anyone wants my opinion, I can't wait until tomorrow because I have been without my Hydroxycut for one week and I see the difference! I'm buying my new bottle tomorrow yaaaaaaa I will probably drop 10 lbs a week after being back on!
